Who we are. Oikospace is operated by Kristina Reddy, artist and educator, based in Santiago, Chile. Contact: hello@oikospace.com.
What this site offers. Free creative practices and interactive experiences; a paid digital guide (The Creative Mirror); live online 1:1 sessions (Mirror Sessions); and live online workshops. Prices are shown in US dollars beside each offer, including what the price covers and how delivery works. Purchases on our Etsy or Gumroad shops follow those platforms' terms.
What Oikospace is — and isn't. Everything here is structured creative practice: original methods for looking at your own perception and process through making. It is offered for reflection and creative development. It is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care — and no part of this site scores or certifies your consciousness, personality or development. The interactive practices are original Oikospace work, inspired by traditions of attention and self-observation; they are not official instruction in any tradition. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek qualified professional help.
Live sessions and workshops. Times are booked through the scheduling link in your confirmation email. You're responsible for a working internet connection and a quiet space; we're responsible for showing up prepared and on time. Rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
Digital products. When you buy a digital download, you receive access promptly after payment. Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license: use it yourself, print it for yourself, return to it forever. Please don't redistribute, resell, or upload it elsewhere — this work is how an independent artist makes her living.
Intellectual property. All artwork, writing, methods, games and materials on this site are © Kristina Reddy / Oikospace, all rights reserved. The names Oikospace and The Creative Mirror identify this work. Nothing on this site grants rights to reproduce the artwork or methods commercially.
Your conduct. Use the site and live spaces respectfully. In workshops, what other participants share and make belongs to them; don't record or share others' work or words without their consent. We may decline or end participation that makes a session unsafe or unworkable for others (with a refund where our Refund Policy provides one).
Liability. We provide this site and its services with care, but "as is": to the extent permitted by law, Oikospace isn't liable for indirect losses, interruptions, or outcomes of applying creative practices to your life or work. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited by agreement.
Age. This site is intended for people 16 and older.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without depriving you of protections that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides.
Changes. If these terms change materially, the date above changes with them. Continued use after a change means the current version applies. Questions: hello@oikospace.com.
