Oikospace is run by Kristina Reddy, based in Santiago, Chile. This page explains, in plain language, what information this site handles and what happens to it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and the free practices on this site don't record you at all.
What we collect, and why
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing details and order history — handled through Squarespace, our website and commerce platform, and its payment processors. We see your order details; we never see or store your full card number.
When you join the email list or the 7-day challenge. Your email address, stored with MailerLite, our email provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
When you book a session or workshop. Your email, the scheduling details you choose, and anything you tell us about your question. Live sessions run on Zoom; scheduling may run through a booking tool. We don't record sessions without asking you first.
When you write to us. Whatever you include in your message, so we can reply.
Basic visit statistics. Squarespace's built-in analytics show us aggregate numbers — how many people visited a page, from which country. Where consent for non-essential cookies is required, the cookie banner asks first.
What we deliberately don't do
The interactive practices and games on this site run in your browser. Your answers and responses stay on your device and are not sent to us, stored by us, or used to profile you. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell or share personal data for advertising, and we don't use your information to infer anything sensitive about you.
This site is not directed at children. If you are under 16, please use Oikospace with a parent or guardian involved.
Who handles data on our behalf
Squarespace (website, shop, checkout and its payment providers, including PayPal where offered), MailerLite (email), Zoom (live sessions and workshops), and a scheduling tool for bookings. Each processes data only to provide their service. Purchases made through our Etsy or Gumroad shops are governed by those platforms' own policies.
How long we keep things
Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Correspondence: as long as needed to help you. We don't keep what we don't need.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how it's used, or receive a copy. Write to hello@oikospace.com and we'll respond. These rights follow Chilean data-protection law (Law 19,628, and Law 21,719 as it takes effect) and, for EU/EEA visitors, GDPR principles.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: hello@oikospace.com.
